CREDIT POLICY
Completed credit application along with bank reference and 3 qualified credit references must accompany all initial orders. These forms must be submitted to Austin International Headquarters or the appropriate Sales Representative.

SHIPMENT AND/OR DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon receipt, please compare the number of cartons received with the bill of lading and inspect cartons and product for any visible or concealed damages. If shipment is sent prepaid all claims must be reported to Austin’s Customer Service Department (1-800-645-7303) within seven working days.
Please supply the freight company name and Pro # from the freight bill when reporting damages. Late claims will be respectfully denied. Third party billings and freight collect shipments are to be filed directly between your company and the carrier.

NO RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
15% restocking charge will be applied to unauthorized returns.
